THE PROJECT
OHVALE GP-5 sets out to become a new benchmark in the international motorcycle landscape,
combining performance, build quality and pure riding enjoyment. Designed to deliver an
authentic racing experience, it is the ideal tool for training, improving riding technique and tackling
a wide variety of circuits, from karting tracks to larger, full-size circuits.
Thanks to its advanced chassis, high-level components and ergonomics designed to suit riders of all
ages, OHVALE GP-5 is the ideal choice both for the young talent looking to progress in their
sporting career and for the adult rider who does not want to give up the excitement of riding on
track.

FRAME AND CHASSIS
The chassis of OHVALE GP-5 has been designed to offer the perfect balance between precision,
lightness and control. The aluminium perimeter frame provides a direct and intuitive riding feel,
essential for tackling 5every corner with maximum precision.
The lightweight aluminium swingarm, entirely designed and developed by Ohvale, has been
engineered to optimise weight distribution and reduce unsprung mass, contributing to improved
agility, stability and traction and allowing the rider to make the most of the motorcycle’s potential.The aluminium wheels, also designed by Ohvale, complete a chassis package developed down to the
smallest detail. Their construction promotes quick direction changes and manoeuvrability, delivering
a dynamic and precise riding experience on every type of circuit.

The four-stroke single-cylinder engine already featured on the Ohvale GP-7 in its “Powered by
Honda” version. An engine that represents the perfect balance between performance, reliability and
technology.

SUSPENSION
OHVALE GP-5 is equipped with fully adjustable OHRACING front forks, allowing adjustment of
spring preload, hydraulic compression and hydraulic rebound, making it possible to adapt the setup
to the rider’s characteristics and different track conditions.
At the rear, the OHRACING shock absorber features a dedicated setup and allows adjustment of
length, spring preload, hydraulic compression and hydraulic rebound.
OPTIONAL: Öhlins TTX rear shock absorber with dedicated setting.
OPTIONAL: Adjustable OHRACING steering damper with dedicated setting.

BREMBO BRAKING SYSTEM
OHVALE GP-5 is equipped with a complete Brembo braking system, featuring dual GP4-Mini radial
calipers at the front and a 15 RCS radial master cylinder. The dual-disc configuration ensures
excellent braking modulation, a significant reduction in operating temperatures and greater resistance
to brake fade. Even during repeated and prolonged braking, the system maintains consistent
performance and precision, providing the rider with a high level of control throughout every phase of
riding.

PIRELLI TYRES
Building on the established collaboration with Pirelli, a dedicated tyre has been developed specifically
for this new motorcycle in cooperation with Ohvale. OHVALE GP-5 will be equipped with Pirelli
100/70 R15 front and 120/70 R15 rear tyres, available in both slick and rain versions.
EXHAUST
First-fit Arrow exhaust system, developed in collaboration with our partner to maximise the
performance and racing character of OHVALE GP-5. The exhaust system allows the use of two
different dB killers to reduce noise levels without compromising performance.
OPTIONAL: Dedicated Akrapovič exhaust system.
